Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play Store, refund requests must be made directly through Google Play Store's refund system. Google's refund policy will apply to these transactions. We cannot process refunds for Google Play Store purchases directly.
Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers are subject to the same refund policy. However, if a refund is approved, only the amount actually paid will be refunded, not the original full price.
If we terminate your account due to violation of our terms of service, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period. You will lose access to all premium features immediately upon termination.
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original transaction. Any bank or payment processing fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by providing additional documentation or explanation. We will review escalated cases within 5-7 business days and provide a final decision.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
